Street Style with TFW 02.21.14

We love Bethany Royer's mixed prints and cute mocassins!

Andres Navarro's outfit is effortlessly stylish -- simple basics with truly great accessories.

Jasmine Garner also makes her outfit special with the accessories. Her black-and-white graphic scarf and brown leather oxfords, and cute white bow jazz up a simple shorts, tights, and top.

We love Amy Ciaccio's colorblocked dress and Jacob Lucero's cool t-shirt; both are perfect for a warm winter day.

Nothing like a little mother-daughter shopping trip to celebrate Valentine's Day! Jill Hotchkiss' indigo scarf is gorgeous and we love her daughter's combat boots and California sweatshirt.

And who better to celebrate Valentine's Day with than your girl friends? Courtney Cain, Mehgan Cain, and Amelia Hansen enjoyed Tucson's fine weather in style.

Valentine's Date Outfits with Yesterday's Sweetheart

February's Blogger of the Month is the lovely Emily from Yesterday's Sweetheart. A Tucson native, Emily started her blog as a way to chronicle her daily outfits and style inspiration. She styled three different outfits at Tucson's Avenue Boutique, perfect for a romantic date this Valentine's Day.

Dressy // For a more dressed up date, this simple dress in a gorgeous burgundy color pairs perfectly with a brass half moon pendants and a nude clutch.

Dress // Necklace // Clutch made by Alexis, Avenue Boutique // Boots - Urban Outfitters

Comfy Chic // Emily's second outfit is romantic, but also laid back. Her floral blazer and nude high-low dress look feminine and oh-so-comfortable.

Dress // Necklace // Blazer // Clutch - F21 // Boots - Urban Outfitters

Casual // For a more casual date night look, Emily paired black skinny jeans with a vibrant red top and a simple brass square necklace.

Top // Jeans // Necklace // Boots - Urban Outfitters

Be sure to follow Yesterday's Sweetheart for more style inspiration, DIY projects, and outfit ideas.

Jenny Didas' striped sweater from Ann Taylor, paired with those great nautical-inspired trousers perfectly capture this spring's monochrome trend.

We're obsessed with Marge Klund's amazing leather jacket from BCBG in particular, and her black, gold, and army green outfit in general.

Betsy Zelasko's outfit is perfect for a day of shopping: cute flats, perfectly cuffed jeans, a top in our favorite shade of wine, and a cool hat with coordinating ribbon.

Desert Colors #1

Desert Colors 1

The Sonoran Desert that surrounds Tucson is full of glorious colors that can serve as the perfect inspiration for an amazing outfit. These desert blooms captured at the Saguaro National Park fade from the palest to the most vibrant pink. Pairing a silk camisole and jeans in similar cream shades with taupe ankle boots fit perfectly with the winter white trend that's currently so popular. This amazing, vibrant Dior lipstick adds a pop of pink. Topped by a gorgeous shell pink coat, a ladylike handbag in an unexpected indigo, and a delicate arrow necklace with hints of rose gold, this is the perfect outfit for the cooler Tucson days.

Ripley Russum had yoga, so she tossed on a comfortable, athletic outfit for the day. Her awesome skeleton leggings prove that you can be stylish and sporty.

Divya Gillespie's retro-inspired outfit was the perfect thing to wear on such a warm day. You've got to love Tucson's weather, which calls for high-waisted shorts and a crop top in mid-January.
